What is the Sharing Circle about?

Being heard. Really being heard. A place where I am allowed to show myself with everything that moves me. Even the parts that we otherwise often hide. Feeling seen and held in it.

Do you feel hyper-connected and yet often alone?

Then this sharing circle is an invitation to you. To share what is on your heart and on your mind. To experience each other, to recharge and to strengthen ourselves.

Lea is holding the space for this gentle exchange. She herself has experienced sharing circles as a great gift and now wants to pass it on. All who feel addressed are welcome!

What to expect

Through a short mediation, we first arrive consciously in the room and in the group. After that, each person has time to share. Each of us enjoys the full attention of the group. We will not respond to what is shared. Because this is about being noticed. Finding yourself in what others share. And just being allowed to be who we are right now.

We will consciously close the circle again.

If you like, you can end the evening in the foyer afterwards.
